省级主体功能区规划实施评价

主体功能区规划是指导国土空间开发的宏观和战略性规划。随着规划进入实施阶段,实施评价研究亟待展开。以省级主体功能区规划为对象设计了总体框架,探讨了结果—过程评价相结合的规划实施评价指标设计思路,分别从规划目标实现程度、分区功能落实情况、规划实施保障机制和规划社会影响评价4个方面,选择31个具有代表性的指标确定了规划实施评价的指标体系,并对主体功能区规划实施评价指标权重确定、指标标准化、评价方法等进行了探讨。     

基于动态面板数据模型分析FDI的环境效应

外商直接投资在对中国经济增长起到积极推动作用的同时,我们也不可忽视其可能会对我国环境造成的影响。文章通过构建环境污染综合指数,并且以东中西部为三个横截面建立动态面板数据模型来分析外商直接投资对各个地区环境的影响。结果显示,外商直接投资和东部中部地区的环境污染指数之间有正相关关系,和西部地区的环境污染指数之间是一个负相关关系。     

基于Excel的道路工程计算技术

围绕数据组织、数据的联动检索技术、Excel高级函数、Excel自定义函数、Excel VBA程序的开发过程,系统地建立了基于Excel的道路工程计算的框架模板。     

我国物流人才培养的关键问题分析及解决途径——建立区域联合培养实践基地的战略思考

产学研相结合的人才培育模式是培养高层次、复合型物流人才，解决我国物流人才缺口的关键。但我国目前的物流人才培养模式以及一对一为主的产学研培养模式仍存在着一定的问题需要解决。文章首先分析了我国目前物流人才培养过程中的基本问题，进而针对校企合作的产学研模式及其存在的主要问题进行了探讨。在此基础上，提出了解决这些问题的途径——建立区域联合物流人才培养实践基地的战略思考，并分析了该战略在运作模式、服务范围、资源利用、培养方式、协作关系以及功能拓展等方面的独特优势。     

天津设施蔬菜种植户的生产决策行为及其影响因素分析

[目的]目前我国蔬菜已经超过粮食总产值,成为我国第一大农产品。蔬菜产业对促进农民增收,提高国民生活质量具有重要的战略意义。天津把"减粮增菜"作为"十三五"现代都市农业发展的重要目标之一,这一目标实现的关键是设施蔬菜种植户的经营决策行为。通过对天津32个村的223户设施蔬菜种植户的实地调研,掌握了天津设施蔬菜经营现状。[方法]构建了农户生产经营决策的评价指标体系,运用有序Logistic回归模型,分析蔬菜种植户的经营决策行为,并得出各影响因素的重要程度。[结果]农户年龄、生产年限、技术培训和政府的农业规划对农户设施生产决策行为具有显著性影响,而其他因素均不显著。[结论]文章得出政府应在农业技术培训、新型农业经营主体培育、财政支农政策、蔬菜产业发展规划等方面加大投入力度,以期推进设施蔬菜的规模化、科技化和专业化,从而促进农民增收、农业增效。     

An integrated approach to the purchase decision making process of food-delivery apps: Focusing on the TAM and AIDA models

The study employed two theories, the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the Attention-Interest-Desire-Action (AIDA) model, to provide an understanding of the process of consumers accepting an on-demand food-delivery app, and to establish the effect of marketing communication on outcomes related to consumer behavior. A conceptual model and hypotheses were developed by combining the key constructs of the two models to predict behavioral intentions. Findings revealed the attention and interest in the AIDA model related strongly to the salient behavioral beliefs of TAM, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Thus, it can be concluded that marketing communication acts as an external element in the process of accepting new innovations. Besides, it was confirmed that attitude towards the adoption of new technology acts as a mediator that promotes desire for the app. From the disciplines of information system and marketing communication, the study suggests an innovative approach to incorporating models.     

城市造林工程农户行为意向影响因素研究——以北京市平原造林工程为例

以北京市平原造林工程为例,利用典型项目区调查数据建立结构方程模型,探讨影响退耕农户行为意向的主要因素。结果表明:农户综合素质、家庭经济基础和农户土地依赖性对农户满意度和农户行为意向具有显著正向影响;同时,农户综合素质、家庭经济基础和农户土地依赖性还会通过农户满意度对农户行为意向产生影响。据此,后续城市造林过程中应进一步加强对农户满意度的服务工作,同时根据个体农户特征,对被征地农户在再就业、技能培训、农地补偿等方面开展更具针对性的服务工作。     

On Some Characteristics of Gaussian Covariance Functions

The concepts of isotropy/anisotropy and separability/non‐separability of a covariance function are strictly related. If a covariance function is separable, it cannot be isotropic or geometrically anisotropic, except for the Gaussian covariance function, which is the only model both separable and isotropic. In this paper, some interesting results concerning the Gaussian covariance model and its properties related to isotropy and separability are given, and moreover, some examples are provided. Finally, a discussion on asymmetric models, with Gaussian marginals, is furnished and the strictly positive definiteness condition is discussed.     

试论人工智能应用于我国传统制造业的启示

现阶段,人工智能的应用和普及已经成为社会运行发展的一大趋势。与此同时,传统制造业面临着与人工智能相结合应用的升级和转型。论文基于人工智能发展与应用的背景,对人工智能带来的机遇和挑战展开分析,指出了人工智能应用于我国传统制造行业未来发展趋势方面的启示,并在此基础上提出人工智能在传统制造行业的应用办法,提高人工智能运行效率。     

Inflation and inflation uncertainty in China

The study examines the relationship between inflation and inflation uncertainty in China using Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity model. Particularly, this link is investigated in China’s urban and rural sectors, motivated by the substantial urban–rural divide. The results provide strong statistical supportive evidence that higher inflation raises inflation uncertainty. On the other hand, evidence on the effect of inflation uncertainty on inflation is mixed depending on the sample periods and areas examined. The understanding of inflation-uncertainty nexus in China could provide implications to policymakers in the adoption of monetary policies.
